NINH BINH TOUR PACKAGE 4D3N: HANOI - MAI CHAU -
NINH BINH - HALONG BAY

TOUR ITINERARY:

DAY 1: HANOI - MAI CHAU VALLEY - OVERNIGHT IN MAI CHAU (L,D)

7:00 - 7h30 Pickup at your hotel or our travel office in the Hanoi Old Quarter
(In cases of a traffic jam or the pickup point is not possible to reach, please move to the more convenient spot that we provided)

7:30 - 10:45 On the way of the winding pass as silk. You will see be Living space of the Local Muong, Thai is interwoven between the Valley and the mountains along the way.

10:50 -11:30 Stop at the top of Thung Khe Pass to admire the panorama of Mai Chau Valley especially you will feel interested when visiting the temporary local market where selling products of the Muong ethnic people at the top of the pass.
 
12:00 Have lunch (vegetarian available)

14:30: Bicycle ride with your tour guide, see farmers working in fields, locals weaving scarves and visit surrounding peaceful villages.

17:00 Free time for cycling, walking, shopping

19:00 Enjoy the the dinner, you will have a chance to Enjoy traditional dishes prepared in the style of the native Thai and watch the Thai’s traditional Dance show and drink traditional wine “ruou can”. (only applied for group more than 5 peoples)

DAY 2: MAI CHAU - NA MEO - NA MO - XAM PA VILLAGES - HANOI - OVERNIGHT IN HANOI (B,L)

07:30 Breakfast time

08:30 Go with a local Thai tour guide, we will cycling for 2km before start the trek to visit more remote rural villages: Na Meo, Na Mo and Xam Pa villages to see the rice terraces and understand more about their culture and customs

12:00 Back to the homestay, check-out and go for lunch
 
13:00 Free time for shopping and relaxing

15:30 Get on the van/bus to drive back to Hanoi.

19:00 Arrive in Hanoi Old quater. Drop you off at your hotel

DAY 3: HANOI - NINH BINH TOUR - HOA LU - TAM COC / TRANG AN - MUA CAVE - OVERNIGHT IN NINH BINH (B, L)

07h30 - 8h00: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter for transfer to Ninh Binh.

09h15: You will have a short break of 15 - 20 minutes to stretch your legs, use the facilities or have a quick snack.

10h30: Visiting Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from years 968 to 1010. Then you will visit the Temple of Dinh King and Le King to learn more about Vietnamese history under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.

11h15 - 11h45: It’s time to join our 30 minutes cycling activity to discover the life of the local people. Or stay behind and either relax in the restaurant for sightseeing and capture the views around lake, waterfall and valleys.

12h00: You will have a buffet lunch with local specialties in the private area of our restaurant. The vegetarian option is also available.
 
13h15 - 13h30:
Option 1: Tam Coc, known as “Halong Bay on the land”, where you will spend 1.5 hours on the boat to explore this area. On this excursion down the Ngo Dong River, you will pass through the beautiful paddy fields, limestone karst formation, and a stunning cave system including Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba caves for a unique experience.

Option 2: Trang An, a World Heritage Site recognized by UNESCO in 2014. There, you can spend 1.5 hours on the boat ride to enjoy the beauty of this place, which owns a beautiful tunnel cave system and appears in the New Version of Kong in 2016 - “Skull Island”.

15h30: We continue to visit Mua Cave and climb 500 steps to reach the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain, overlooking the amazing view of the city and Tam Coc below.

16:55 - 17:00: Get on the limousine to return our bungalow 

19:00 - 19:30: Have a dinner - free time in bungalow - overnight in bungalow

DAY 4: NINH BINH - HALONG BAY - SURPRISING CAVE - LUON CAVE - TITOP ISLAND - HANOI (B, L)

7:00 - 7:30: Pick up from bungalow from Ninh Binh to Halong Bay

10h30: Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax

11:45 - 12:00: Arrive Halong International Cruise Port. Welcome to Cruise. We will take you on 6 hour journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes while having lunch on boat.
 

14h00: You will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalagtiles with different shapes of sea lives

15h00: Visit Titop Island with sandy beach to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titop Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.

16h00: Then do kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful Lagoon.

17h30: Cruising back to Halong International Cruise Port. There are a lot of time for enjoying sunset party with tea, cakes, sunbathing on upper deck with music and enjoying great fun of group touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery.

18h30: We get on bus to back Hanoi by Expressway, have a short break for 20-30 minutes.

21h00 - 21h30: Arrive at the hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter. Trip ends.
